Publishing and version history
Understand drafts, immutable versions and withdrawal.
Upload a private draft
Invited users upload through their private account workspace. Administrators retain a separate management interface. Select files or drag them into the upload area. Choose a new resource or add versions to an existing resource. Upload progress reflects actual bytes sent.
User accounts accept PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, UTF-8 TXT, CSV, JSON and PDF. The maximum is 20 MiB per user file and 5 MiB for text. Account storage, saved-version and origin-delivery budgets are shown in the workspace. Trusted administration additionally supports ZIP and files up to 50 MiB. The service retains global storage and version limits. The server checks file signatures and supported structure. HTML, SVG, scripts, executables and configuration files are not accepted.
Publish deliberately
Add a clear display name and description, inspect the metadata, and request publication for the intended version. Choose an unlisted public link or inclusion in the public library. An administrator must approve the version and its public metadata. Until then, the file stays private. A public URL appears after successful publication and verification. The catalog and public file tree are prepared together, then activated in one switch. No partially written upload is exposed.
Publication is explicit. A new upload stays a draft even if an older version of the same resource is public. Files must be reviewed for secrets before publication. Basic validation is not an antivirus scan, and archives are never extracted by the service.
Keep old versions
Uploading to an existing resource allocates a new version number and a separate URL. Published older versions remain available until their owner or an administrator withdraws or deletes them. Deleted version numbers are not reused.
Withdraw or delete
Withdraw removes a version from the public catalog and the public origin tree but keeps it privately for possible republication. Delete permanently removes your version, or your resource and its entire history, after confirmation. Cached and previously downloaded copies cannot be revoked.
Review image uploads
The account workspace previews your raster image drafts before publication. Private previews and downloads require your session and count against the origin delivery budget. On a public resource details page, Verify download compares the received bytes with the published SHA-256, size and MIME.
SVG uploads remain rejected because SVG can contain active content. Original site vectors may be distributed inside a download-only ZIP reviewed by the administrator. MP4 and WebM uploads are not supported; file range support alone does not establish video streaming.
Invitations and account access
Open your one-time invitation to create a User account, then sign in at Account. Invitations expire after 72 hours. For a password reset, contact the administrator. Your account can only manage its own resources; administrators can review submitted files and manage publication.
Editing private names or descriptions does not silently update previously approved public metadata. Each new version needs its own review. You can cancel a pending request or withdraw your own publication.
