File access and publication errors
Understand missing resources, rejected uploads and interrupted downloads.
Missing files
A file may be unavailable because its version was withdrawn or deleted. Refresh the library and select a currently published version. A resource details page with an unknown identifier shows a not-found state.
Rejected uploads
Check the allowed extension, actual format, file size and available storage. An image with a mismatched signature, invalid JSON, empty file or unsupported active format is rejected. Renaming a file extension does not convert its contents.
Some obvious secret patterns and sensitive filenames are rejected as a precaution. This is not comprehensive content scanning; the administrator remains responsible for reviewing files.
Incomplete downloads
Retry the download and compare its SHA-256 with the details page. A network error or hash mismatch means the downloaded copy should not be used.
Catalog loading errors
If the library cannot load its manifest, it shows an error rather than sample content. Refresh the page or open the manifest. An empty catalog means that no versions are currently published.
Directory paths
If a directory URL is refused by a delivery provider, use the explicit filename, such as /library/index.html. The file service does not rewrite a provider's edge rules.
